John Schroeder, Esq.

Mr. Schroeder is the Senior Litigation Counsel to the firm and now exclusively concentrates his practice in the areas of trust and probate litigation, conservatorships and elder abuse matters. He has an extensive litigation background, including will and trust contests, business litigation, real property, and insurance coverage/bad faith. Mr. Schroeder is a highly accomplished trial attorney with over 30 years of high profile trial experience.

Mr. Schroeder has represented individuals, families and business interests in his past cases. He recently handled an “all-or-nothing” intrafamily dispute over assets of the trust, where one of the witnesses died during the trial after testimony. With a great deal of sensitivity, he was able to resolve the matter constructively.

Mr. Schroeder often handles matters relating to the capacity of settlers of trust relating to suspect trust amendments, and the effect of lack of capacity on ongoing business operations where trusts ensure business continuity.
