She is an excellent communicator and as a litigator, she has an unusually good bedside manner with clients.

While representing a national non-profit with $4B of real estate holdings, Ms. Nikoui managed $40-50M of their portfolio, where at all times she vigorously working to reduce their risk. Through her extensive research and frequent client reporting, she kept her client abreast of updates to preemptively protect them from potential lawsuits, particularly those originating from external parties. During an aggressive pretrial, Ms. Nikoui took multiple depositions and conducted extensive written discovery, where she discovered evidence that supported a Motion for Summary Judgment. The case was dismissed entirely.
